How long does it take to process and ship my order?
In-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 business days. For Group Buy items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date listed on the product page as these timelines vary by manufacturer.
What is the difference between a Barebone kit and a Fully Assembled keyboard?
A Barebone kit includes the case, PCB, and plate, but requires you to purchase and install your own switches and keycaps. A Fully Assembled keyboard comes ready to use out of the box with all components pre-installed.
Do you ship internationally and what are the customs fees?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their local government.
Can I cancel or modify my Group Buy order?
Group Buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund while the Group Buy period is still active. Once the Group Buy has ended and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that arrive with manufacturing defects. Please test your PCB using a pair of tweezers before soldering or assembling to ensure full functionality.
Are your PCBs compatible with VIA or QMK software?
The majority of our KBDfans PCBs are compatible with QMK firmware and can be easily remapped using the VIA configurator. Please check the 'Specs' section on the individual product page for confirmation.
