At KBDfans, we strive for perfection in every keystroke, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible mechanical keyboard components within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Submit a Support Ticket
Contact our customer service team via the official support portal or Discord to initiate your return request with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for RA Approval
Our technical team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return; once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the switches, keycaps, or DIY kits in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the components for any signs of soldering or use, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
